My name’s Julia and welcome to the WomensProteinShakes.com website.

I set up this site because of what I saw as the lack of good information out there for ladies who wonder whether they can or should take protein shakes, and the sorts of things they need to look out for when choosing the right one.

Over the years protein powders have been seen as “guys’” territory, or even worse, associated with the big, bloated bodybuilders you see on the cover of the magazines.

Most women DON’T want to look like that right?

Thankfully those old stereotypes are falling by the wayside and us girls are realising that a good protein shake can be an integral part of a healthy diet and weight loss program, and so I hope that this site serves to give you some useful advice and tips on making the right choices for yourself.
