  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp. Xanthan gum
  • 3-4 ice cubes


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
